If you are unable to attend Tomorrowland Winter 2027, you can place your Festival Ticket(s) on the official Exchange Desk, available exclusively for Festival Tickets without accommodation purchased directly from the festival organizer via Paylogic (not for Sunweb Packages with accommodation, nor for tickets purchased through the Business Sales platform).

The Exchange Desk will be accessible in the main buyer’s Tomorrowland Account from October 10, 2026 until January 20, 2027 - 23:59 CET. Registering Tickets is final and cannot be undone. Once listed, your Festival Tickets will be re-offered for sale, but resale is not guaranteed.

If your Ticket is sold, you will be notified by email no later than one week before the event. Refunds are processed within 4–6 weeks after Ticket are sold, with a €10 fee per ticket deducted from the refunded amount.
