NAME CHANGES

Be careful when finalizing your booking. Name changes are not possible after personalization.

Until November 30, 2024, the personalization can be done free of charge in your account. From December 1, 2024, the Main Buyer can request a name change. For each name change € 350 of change-over costs will be charged.

Attention! If you have cancellation insurance, the attached names cannot be changed. 

ADDRESS CHANGES 

In order to ship all Bracelets in time, it is not possible to change the shipping address after you have bought tickets. 

In case you have moved, you can contact us before November 30, 2024. 
Important! Email the legal attest of change of residence, order number, old address, and your new address. 
After November 30, 2024, it is not possible to change addresses. 

FESTIVAL PASSES

After the personalization period, name changes won’t be possible anymore. Each single ticket needs to be addressed to 1 individual. If the name on the Tomorrowland Bracelet does not match the name on the ID, access will be denied.

Each ticket needs to be personalized. Tomorrowland has the right to cancel an order in case it was not personalized within the deadline. Not personalizing your order does not automatically lead to cancellation.
