Name changes

Please double-check all details before finalizing your booking, as name changes are not possible after personalization.

• Every ticket in your order must be personalized. Tomorrowland reserves the right to cancel orders that have not been personalized by the applicable deadline. However, failure to personalize your order does not automatically result in its cancellation.

• Until November 30, 2026, ticket personalization can be completed free of charge through the Manage My Booking platform.

• From December 1, 2026, until January 15, 2027, the main buyer may request a name change. A fee of €350 per name change will apply. If cancellation insurance has been purchased, the names linked to the insurance policy cannot be changed.

Address changes

Your Tomorrowland Winter Bracelet will be shipped to the main buyer’s address at no extra cost. One Treasure Case per person is included.
It is strongly recommended to verify your shipping address before December 30, 2026. You can review and update your address via Manage My Booking. After this date, no changes will be possible.

Festival Tickets – without accommodation

Name changes

Each Festival Ticket can only be reassigned once. If a typo or mistake was made during personalization, the ticket can be reclaimed and reassigned one final time before the personalization deadline.

No name changes are possible after the personalization deadline. Each single ticket needs to be addressed to one single individual, before the personalization deadline. If the name on the Tomorrowland Bracelet does not match the name on the ID, access will be denied.

Address changes

Your Tomorrowland Winter Bracelet will be shipped to the main buyer’s address for an additional fee. One Treasure Case per person is included.
It is strongly recommended to verify your shipping address before purchasing your tickets. You can review and update your address in your Tomorrowland Account. After purchase, address changes are no longer possible.
