Festival Packages – with accommodation
After you have purchased your package, you will receive a confirmation email with your package overview and the deadline for the personalization.
Please personalize every ticket in your order. Each ticket must be registered in the name of the guest who will be using it.
Go to Manage My Booking to personalize your order.
Every ticket in your order must be personalized. Tomorrowland reserves the right to cancel orders that have not been personalized by the applicable deadline. However, failure to personalize your order does not automatically result in its cancellation.
Until November 30, 2026, ticket personalization can be completed free of charge through the Manage My Booking platform.
Name changes
From December 1, 2026, until January 15, 2027, the main buyer may request a name change. A fee of €350 per name change will apply.
If cancellation insurance has been purchased, the names linked to the insurance policy cannot be changed.
Festival Tickets – without accommodation
After you have purchased your Festival Tickets, you will receive a confirmation email from Paylogic with a link to personalize your tickets.
The personalization deadline will be mentioned in the email.
During the personalization period, visit the Tomorrowland Winter 2027 Event Page in your Tomorrowland Account to personalize your tickets, or click the link in your Paylogic email.
All tickets must be personalized before the deadline indicated in your Paylogic confirmation email. Orders that have not been personalized by this deadline may be cancelled. Tomorrowland reserves the right to offer the corresponding ticket(s) for sale again. Please note that failure to personalize an order does not automatically lead to its cancellation. If Tomorrowland decides to cancel the order, the main buyer will receive a refund, excluding the applicable ticket refund fee.
Name changes
Each Festival Ticket can only be reassigned once. If a typo or mistake was made during personalization, the ticket can be reclaimed and reassigned one final time before the personalization deadline.
No name changes are possible after the personalization deadline. Each single ticket needs to be addressed to one single individual, before the personalization deadline. If the name on the Tomorrowland Bracelet does not match the name on the ID, access will be denied.
