If you have topped up your e-ticket or Tomorrowland Winter Bracelet online (before the festival), your cashless refund will be automatic.

If you have done your first top up at the festival site, you need to fill in the "Manual Refund Form". This could be done until April 11, 2025 - 23:59 CET.

At this time it is not possible anymore to request a refund.
