If your current balance doesn't exceed the amount you topped up before coming to the festival, you do not need to take any steps, your leftover Pearls will be refunded automatically.

If your current balance is higher than what you topped up before the festival, you will have to request a manual refund for the amount that is left after your automatic refund. Please follow the instructions in your Tomorrowland Account once the manual refund form is available.

Deadline Manual refund request: April 11, 2025 - 23:59 CEST. After April 11, 2025 - 23:59 CEST, it is no longer possible to request a refund.

A 1,5 Pearl refund fee applies. Bonus Pearls cannot be used as a refund fee.
