Prepayment

At the moment of purchase, you have to make a prepayment of at least 40% up to a maximum of €2500.

Remaining balance

The remaining balance of your package needs to be paid within 30 days after purchase.

Important

The prepayment needs to be completed with one card. The remaining balance also needs to be completed with one card, but it can be a different card than used during the prepayment.

Check if the spending limit of your debit or credit card is high enough and if you are allowed to make international payments (to Belgium). Otherwise please contact your bank.

Failed payments will not be reprocessed and your application will automatically be rejected.

Festival Tickets - without accommodation

You must pay your Festival Ticket immediately or your order will be cancelled and your tickets will go back on sale.

Check if the spending limit of your credit card is high enough and if you are allowed to make international payments (to Belgium). If not, please contact your bank.

Failed payments will not be reprocessed and your application will automatically be rejected.

Add-On Sale orders are to be payed immediately and cannot be cancelled.
